This is a brand new role to the agency. Reporting to the Board Director the role will support the agency in it’s mission to be fully digital first. The successful person will be responsible for growing a new strategy team with the overall aim of growing the agencies capabilities and client revenue.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This agency are looking for a Senior Digital Brand and Communications Strategist to work various client accounts and new business briefs, drawing on a wide range of strategic disciplines such as brand positioning, campaign and channel strategy, communications planning, audience profiling and journey development.
The successful candidate will be required to conduct and present research to support brand positioning and campaign development; develop creative briefs and messaging platforms; create communications and channel strategies and touchpoint plans, and work closely with creative to activate creative platforms against them.
Clients include: Vodafone, Centrica/British Gas, Confused.com, Now Pensions, Kensington Mortgages and Experian
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7+ proven experience building effective campaigns at an integrated communications agency
Experience in leading on digital/social media strategy
Strong research skills; able to identify key insights, define the problem and draw valid and impactful conclusions
Strong communications planning and creative strategy credentials
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good collaborator; exemplary communication skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with client and agency teams
