You'll be managing 2 CRM Executives, but you don't need to have managed in the past. So it's a great step for someone in a CRM role, looking for a management post. It's a busy team, with a fantastic product offering. Plus it's a great time to be in the UK travel market. I'm not sure if you've heard, it's pretty busy :)
This team has seen multiple promotions over the last couple of years, so career progression is very likely. With support of the 2 CRM Executives in your team, you'll be working on CRM campaign strategy, driving customer segmentation, personalising content, analysing campaigns, looking at customer loyalty, all across multiple channels (but predominantly email). It's a great chance to own the campaign calendar, whilst working strategically, tactically, creatively and analytically.
The role is paying between £35K and £38K, plus excellent benefits. Head office is Hertfordshire, they're WFH full time for now, and will look at a hybrid option next year, most likely only 1/2 days a week in the office.
