The role reports into the Head of CRM, so you'll be exposed to a key decision maker within the business, given autonomy and responsibility over the CRM campaign activity, as well as development and day to day support from a well rounded, senior CRM strategist. Your role will involve building engaging and creative multi-channel campaigns, with email being the predominant channel, working on retention and acquisition customer activity. It's a great chance to own the campaign calendar, whilst working strategically, tactically, creatively and analytically.
