Based in their Hemel Hempstead offices with a flexible hybrid structure approx. 3 days a week in the office.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaigns, this role will bring a high calibre of marketing support and expertise to the marketing team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to own, manage and develop the Hollywood Bowl Group’s (HBG) support for its bowling centre/mini golf teams and to implement tactical campaign activity to support the retail calendar and national marketing plan.


This role will proactively manage and execute effective marketing campaigns on HBG’s behalf to its customers, team members and consumers.

You will be expected to work within agreed financial budgets and time deadlines and to demonstrate sound marketing expertise, commercial acumen and a strong customer service ethic.



Key responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaigns in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail calendar, supporting campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives

  • Own and execute the Social Media content calendar covering but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok measure and analysing results and ROI
  • Support the Marketing Manager to drive the social media strategy across all brands, including keeping up to date with trends and innovation
  • Support the Marketing Manager to implement the national media plan, including paid social, programmatic, brand and content partnerships and above the line tests and local media and PR campaigns
  • Monitor the effectiveness, measure and report on marketing activities
  • Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities
  • Support the Marketing Manager to manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI’s, including creative agencies, print and print management, PR, Media, merchandise, graphic designers, AV and experiential
  • Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience across the full customer journey
  • Create, develop and manage marketing assets, including writing copy to support the content marketing manager with content



  • 2-3+ years B2C marketing experience
  • Marketing qualification (CIM or Degree) would be a bonus! 
  • A working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and numeric skills
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across social, web, search, digital channels etc. 
  • Experience managing agencies or 3rd party creatives - PR, advertising or similar
