We are delighted to be partnered with a wealth management business in the heart of Mayfair to find a Client Development and Marketing Executive. Like most successful businesses, our client was born with a purpose; the idea of creating a new and different proposition within wealth management Through offering double the service to half the amount of clients you'd expect, their clientele have complete trust in them as advisors, with a large percentage being over £1 million net worth individuals within sport, entertainment and  creative industries.

Reporting directly into the Marketing director, this newly created role will work across, and coordinate, all client development and marketing  aspects of the company. When not in lockdown, the role is based in the company’s London office 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Day-to-day client development and marketing administration, and related project management.
  • Proactive capture, management, and organisation of information about clients, prospects, professional connections and introducers, deriving from communications, events and day-to-day relationships. Utilising our database ‘Connections’.
  • Content generation:
  • Help administer the occasional production of video content assets, articles, client communications, collateral, printed material.
  • Event management:
  • Liaising with third-party providers and managing the attendee invitation process
  • Website and LinkedIn page management:
  • Posting of content and day-to-day site and page maintenance.

 

Key requirements;

 

  • Personable, confident and collaborative. Comfortable dealing with senior colleagues and management.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and evaluate outcomes.
  • Experience of corporate social media campaigns (currently we only have a presence on LinkedIn).
  • Ideally (but not essential) experience in working with WordPress and Canva and general competence with databases.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of the importance of brand values and brand guidelines.
