Digital Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to join a fantastic children's charity. You will be part of a small dynamic marketing and communications team and supported by the senior marketing manager.

The Role:

The Marketing & Digital Officer will champion all marketing activity; raising the charity's profile through targeted awareness and assist the wider fundraising teams through analysis and reporting. With both offline and online communications in equal measures, you will be driving their communications to be better integrated through digital activity and ensure a joined-up approach to delivering projects

The role sits within the Income Generation Team and line managed by the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with community fundraisers, corporate fundraisers, and the individual giving team. The role also requires organisational marketing and communication support for all hospice teams.

This role is based in Woodford Green, (accessible via central line +onsite parking if you drive) offering flexible hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

What’s required:

  • Demonstrable experience of creativity and innovation in marketing, 1-2 years of experience (either B2B or B2C).
  • Experience of marketing across a number of channels (e.g. social media, paid-for advertising, copy, design, media).
  • Experience of social platforms and an element of independent design (Canva).
  • Experience of using data and insight (from Google Analytics, social media and email analytics, a/b testing) to measure and improve content and campaign performance.
  • Experience of website management and content management.
  • Excellent communicative and written skills.
