Are you a CRM marketing expert looking for your next challenge?

We are delighted to be partnered with one of the UK’s top selling sustainable Fashion and Apparel brands to find a CRM Manager to join their Cornwall based team. Join their socially conscious, dynamic and growing team in a newly created role that will really allow you to make a mark. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years experience of setting up and managing CRM systems in previous brands with an e-commerce platform. You must be hands on and have an in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, set up, reporting and analytics. You’ll need a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage this part of the business. Superb knowledge of Google Analytics, Ometria and any other relevant data systems is important.

You will have full ownership and responsibility of managing and optimising the customer database across the entire brand portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behaviour and a proven track record in delivering successful, on brand CRM strategies and communication campaigns across all channels. You will champion the customer journey to inform, shape and improve future activity.

This role is based in their Cornwall HQ. You will  ideally be based locally  but they are open to candidates from further afield who are able to be in the office twice a month.
