We are delighted to be supporting a private university to find a CRM Manager to join their team, based on the university’s stunning central London campus.  Your new role will see you lead the customer relationship management function and spearhead a salesforce implementation project, to maximise communications through the customer relationship management platform (CRM) and provide an integrated and exceptional experience to support prospect generation and applicant conversion throughout the recruitment cycle and across key international markets.

You will be an expert in CRM and customer segmentation, have a proven track record in developing strategies and mapping out the full the customer journey.

Salesforce is being integrated into the business in 2022 and you will be the Salesforce business owner within the Marketing function, ensuring the solutions are fit for purpose – as such, expertise in Salesforce is critical.

Main Responsibilities;

  • Creating fantastic engaging email, SMS and marketing communications content for CRM channels
  • Understanding how to navigate CRM systems and optimise data
  • Designing end to end customer journeys
  • Extracting data and visualising data into performance reports
  • Being an expert in customer journey mapping and knows how to nurture the customer at key stages
