The UK travel market is busy, not sure if you've heard. If you've tried booking a 'staycation' (yeah, I said it) or even a week or two away in not so sunny GB, you'll know first hand. It delights me to say, it's a great time to work in the UK travel sector.
With that in mind, we are recruiting a newly created CRM Executive for a small, fairly young, and ambitious UK travel business. They offer quirky and luxurious accommodation, on some fantastic resorts up and down the country.
This person will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and personalised content for predominantly email campaigns (but some SMS), applying customer segmentation, conducting A/B tests using Salesforce Cloud and analysing performance. They will also get involved in editing mobile-responsive HTML email templates.
