Summary of Responsibilities:
Driving high standards for clients across teams and enabling skills development of team members.
Responsible for managing a client portfolio with a month to quarter-to-quarter perspective – delivering successful campaigns; ensuring quality control and high standards; managing junior colleagues; ensuring client satisfaction and delivering strong client retention.
Provide strategic communications and public consultation advice to clients on a variety of development projects.
Responsibility for the day-to-day running of multiple client accounts.
