Our client helps to connect the marketing world and helps Agencies meet and win new clients as well as help brand marketers find the best agency partners for their needs. 
Our client are looking for a graduate with an interest in PR / marketing, or a PR Account Executive who is ready to move on from their first role.
Salary – c.26k DOE
The Team
The successful candidate will be joining the PR division as it continues to drive growth for marketing agencies and tech businesses. The culture at the Agency is fantastic and it is a friendly, open, and approachable team!
Our client has always been the trailblazer in both the business development and intermediary spaces. They have now created a model which is completely unique and encompasses Events, Content, PR, Digital, Brand Partnerships and Insight.
Our client helps agencies to win new business. They work with an amazing array of clients from the business-to-business, consumer, food and drink, renewable energy, marine and not-for-profit sectors, and the roster continues to grow.
They also run over 22 events a year, where agencies and tech businesses find, meet and win new clients and brands find new agencies, technologies and brand partners.
The Role
As a PR Account Executive, you will be reporting into an PR Account Manager working across multiple clients, from small start-ups to global network agencies, to generate hard hitting, profile raising B2B and national media coverage. This is a varied role including creative thinking, media relations, copywriting and much more
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • A real creative mindset! Always researching new ideas and the latest trends, as well as consuming a wide variety of media.
  • A good understanding of marketing disciplines (Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing etc.) and brands is a bonus but not essential.
  • Additional skills, experience or interest in social media and digital marketing would be a real bonus.
Responsibilities, skills and attributes
The role will include:
  • News monitoring
  • Media research and outreach (building media lists, pitching stories to the press)
  • Copy writing (press releases, feature comments, blogs)
  • Account admin and reporting
  • Social media and digital PR
  • Ideas! – angles to develop / slots to go after etc.
