The role: Account Director – Corporate & B2B - Manchester
This new Account Director is a growth hire.  It is an exciting opportunity to partner consumer specialists and grow b2b and corporate capabilities across technology, finance, professional services, and property.  The candidate will enjoy the backing, training and resources of a top integrated consultancy, as well as sharing some star AMs and AEs, while you organically grow current clients  and add new corporate & b2b briefs.  This is a great opportunity to really grow a team and own c-suite client relationships while honing valuable commercial and advisory skills to become a future comms leader.
Responsibilities, Skills and attributes include:
  • Managing client relationships; leading on strategies and advising on issues
  • Overseeing the delivery of CEO / C-Suite profiling, corporate communications, media training, issues management, B2B PR, corp-sumer and campaigning for social causes and charities
  • Campaign budget management
  • Taking an active role in new business; delivering new pitches, networking to help originate leads and organically growing existing client revenues
  • Line-managing junior staff; ensuring they are challenged and performing
