The role:
This Account Director role will support the MD and Directors, with a clear path to becoming part of the SLT and scope to implement commercial, training and pastoral strategies.  You will lead on 5-7 b2b accounts for tech, security, telco and creative industries; leading teams of c.3 and delivering PR, media relations, thought leadership, events/spokesperson opportunities, content marketing, digital marketing, creative asset and short films.
Responsibilities include:
  • Taking responsibility for leading and growing a portfolio of B2B & tech clients
  • Advise clients on their communication strategies
  • Lead and inspire the team in delivering great results
  • Support SLT with broader commercial, pastoral care, training and development strategies
  • Seek out new business opportunities and support in winning new accounts
